I love this for Breakfast, it’s ready for me when I get up in the morning, and only takes a few minutes to prepare the night before.
Overnight Chia Pudding
2 cup vanilla almond/coconut milk beverage
1/2 cup fresh blueberries, blackberries or raspberries
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 Tbsp orangic maple syrup the darker the better or honey or organic sugar to taste (if you are using an unflavoured milk)
(I don’t add the syrup because I find the flavoured almond milk sweet enough)
I have made this with peanut butter and cacoa mix them first then mix the rest in.
I have used apple sauce as well and added cinnamon for flavour.
If you don’t used a flavored almond milk you can add 1tsp of vanilla for flavour.
Mix everything in a bowl that has a lid. Stir well and place in the fridge. Stir again after half an hour.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours. Garnish with berries before serving. Enjoy!
